Having to return a product you’d been anxiously waiting for can be such a hassle! It happens to the best of us - sometimes the product you received doesn’t quite live up to your expectations. Sometimes the color isn’t right, or the lenses are too round, or the cut doesn’t fit your face. Or, you accidentally clicked on monthly instead of weekly orders when purchasing your contact lenses. Or maybe you even ordered the wrong kind! Either way, you’re just unhappy with what you bought.
But we don’t like to hear that, we want all our customers to be happy with their purchases! We want you to love what you bought as much as we loved getting it ready and delivered to you. Please do not hesitate to return any product that you did not find satisfactory and we’ll be more than happy to reimburse you for it. We’d also love to help you find the perfect substitute for it - call, chat, or email us and we’d be happy to advise you with finding a worthy replacement.
If you ordered a pair of sunglasses, be extra careful with the product and its attached security tag, as we won’t be able to refund or exchange any order if it has been damaged and/or if the security tag has been removed. If you ordered contact lenses, make sure not to open the box if you intend to return it, as any damage or attempts to open it will make it impossible for us to issue an exchange or a refund.
How do I exchange?
All you have to do is select your new product and we’ll do the rest. Once you’ve found the perfect replacement, call us, and we will arrange the exchange time and place!
How do I get a refund?
If you do not want to exchange your product and would simply like a reimbursement, you’ll be happy to know that our process is very simple and problem free. No questions asked and no conditions, we will automatically provide you with a 100% refund on your purchase, provided that the security tag has not been removed or damaged, or, in the case of contact lenses, that the lens box has not been opened.
